ASC Growth ("ASC Growth", "we", "us") provides missed-call recovery, lead follow-up, database reactivation, and lead tracking services to residential roofing companies in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and through the follow-up systems we operate for our clients.

1. Information we collect from roofing companies

  • Contact details you submit on our site or discovery call form: name, company, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about your lead flow.
  • Onboarding details needed to run your follow-up: phone system and CRM credentials or integration tokens, call routing rules, service areas, pricing guidelines, and brand or script preferences.
  • Billing and account information required to invoice you for our services.

2. Homeowner and lead data we process for you

To recover missed calls and reactivate your database, we process contact records that belong to you — homeowner names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, inquiry details, call recordings and transcripts, SMS and email threads, appointment times, and lead status history.

For this data, you are the controller and ASC Growth is a service provider acting on your documented instructions. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other roofing companies, and we do not use it to build marketing lists of our own.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to missed calls, web forms, and inquiries on your behalf, by text, email, and phone.
  • To run multi-touch follow-up and database reactivation campaigns you have approved.
  • To book appointments onto your calendar and record lead outcomes.
  • To produce reporting on contacts made, conversations started, and jobs booked.
  • To test and improve scripts, timing, and channel mix for your account.
  • To operate, secure, and support our own business and website.

4. Calls, texts, and recordings

Follow-up calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training, and we follow applicable federal and state notification requirements. SMS follow-up is sent under your brand; every campaign includes opt-out language, and STOP requests are honored immediately and suppressed across future campaigns for your account. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. We do not send messages to numbers you tell us are off-limits or that appear on suppression lists you provide.

5. Service providers

We rely on vetted vendors to deliver the service, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (such as GoHighLevel), telephony and SMS carriers, calendar and email providers, and cloud hosting. They may access data only as needed to perform their function and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Retention

We keep client account records for as long as your engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution needs. Lead data we process for you is retained per your instructions; on written request after termination, we will return or delete your lead records, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.

7. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege credentials for CRM and phone integrations, and staff confidentiality agreements. No system is perfectly secure, but we notify affected clients promptly if we become aware of a breach involving their data.

8. Your choices and rights

Roofing company contacts may ask us to access, correct, or delete the details they submitted, and can unsubscribe from our own marketing at any time. Homeowners who received a message from a campaign we operate should contact the roofing company they inquired with; if they contact us directly, we forward the request to that client and honor opt-outs. Residents of states with applicable privacy laws may exercise their rights by writing to us. We do not sell personal information.

9. Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses essential cookies and basic analytics to understand traffic and improve content. You can block cookies in your browser; core pages will still work.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services evolve, and will change the date above when we do. Questions about privacy can be sent to ascmedia5@gmail.com.
