1. Services

ASC Growth provides missed inquiry follow-up, lead follow-up sequences, database reactivation campaigns, lead tracking, and ongoing optimization. The exact scope, pricing, and start date for your company are set out in the proposal or order form we agree with you, which forms part of these terms.

2. Term, billing, and cancellation

Engagements are month to month unless your proposal says otherwise. Fees are billed in advance for each service period and are non-refundable once the period has begun. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice; usage-based costs such as telephony and messaging incurred before the end date remain payable. Late payments may pause campaigns.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide timely access to your phone system, CRM, web forms, and calendar, and keep those integrations active.
• Approve scripts, offers, and campaign lists before launch, and keep pricing and service-area information accurate.
• Confirm you have the right to contact every record in any list you supply for reactivation, including prior consent where required.
• Respond to booked appointments and qualified leads promptly — follow-up only produces revenue if your team shows up.
• Hold all licenses, insurance, and permits required to perform roofing work you sell.

4. Communications compliance

Calls, texts, and emails are sent on your behalf and under your brand. You remain the sender of record for TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing, and Do Not Call purposes. We will follow reasonable compliance practices — opt-out handling, calling-window limits, suppression lists, and identification of your company — but we rely on the accuracy of the consent and contact data you supply, and you are responsible for it.

5. Results and no guarantee

We commit to speed and consistency of follow-up, not to a specific number of jobs, appointments, or revenue. Results depend on your market, pricing, lead volume, list quality, and your team's ability to close. Any figures shown on our website or in proposals are illustrative and are not a promise of performance.

6. Booking a discovery call

Scheduling a call through our site or calendar creates no obligation on either side. We may reschedule or decline an engagement, for example if we already work with a competing roofing company in your service area.

7. Data and confidentiality

Your lead and customer data remains yours. We process it only to deliver the services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Both parties will keep each other's non-public business information confidential. We may reference your company as a client and use anonymized, aggregate performance data to improve our services unless you tell us in writing not to.

8. Intellectual property

Our website content, scripts, sequences, workflows, templates, and reporting formats remain the property of ASC Growth. During your engagement you receive a non-exclusive license to use materials we produce for your campaigns. Your trademarks, logos, and content remain yours, and you grant us permission to use them for the campaigns you approve.

9. Third-party platforms

The services depend on third-party platforms such as CRMs, calendars, and telephony and messaging carriers. Outages, pricing changes, or account suspensions on those platforms are outside our control and are not a breach of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. You agree to indemnify ASC Growth against claims arising from your roofing work, your contact lists, or consent representations you made to us.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ASC Growth is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
